Ideally, the show crew would have their own copy of FocusTrack. That would let them search and sort the information, to look up the focus information for a particular light or particular scene.
Alternatively, FocusTrack can print this information in a variety of ways, so you could generate a paper or PDF 'bible' of the show's focus. If you want to leave this information on CD-ROM, FocusTrack will even print a CD-ROM cover and label for you.
FocusTrack can also print cue sheets much more elegantly than the printouts possible from lighting consoles themselves: you can choose to hide part cues, for example, that the stage manager may not know or care about.
